Short & sweet today.

Both Ian & I had a loss of 0.4kg this week. Bringing my total back to 8.5kg that it was 3 weeks ago and Ian is now at 5.5kg.

15/01/11 = 2.8kg

22/01/11 = 0.9kg = 3.7kg

29/01/11 = 1.4kg = 5.1kg

05/02/11 = 1.0kg = 6.1kg (14cm lost)

12/02/11 = +0.1kg = 6.0 kg

19/02/11 = -0.6kg = 6.6kg

26/02/11 = -1.9kg = 8.5kg

05/03/11 = +1.4kg = 7.1kg (28cm (42cm total))

12/03/11 = -1.0kg = 8.1kg

19/03/11 = -0.4kg = 8.5kg

26/03/11 = -1.2kg = 9.7kg
